AXIS Certification Standards

Effective date: 20 OCTOBER 2026

AXIS certification is evidence-based. Course completion alone is not certification, and holding an AXIS certificate does not represent a government licence, public accreditation or guaranteed sales performance.

AXIS™ Certified Representative

Candidates must complete the Representative learning pathway and required activities. Certification review requires a recorded live sales conversation that the candidate is lawfully permitted to share, plus the applicable checklists. Two Manager / Assessors independently examine the call and each completes a separate AXIS Conversation Scorecard, scoring all five dimensions and documenting evidence for their decisions.

Representative scoring standard

Five assessment dimensions: Diagnosis Discipline; Qualification Rigour; Positioning Integrity; Engagement Conduct; Follow-Through. The required threshold is at least 19 out of 25, with no individual dimension below 3. A high aggregate score does not overcome a dimension below the minimum. Course attendance or achieved sales results do not substitute for evidence.

Final verification

The candidate submits both completed Scorecards, the recorded call and required checklists through our online form. Use subject/reference “[Your Full Name] – AXIS Final Review” where instructed. Ian completes final verification and records the award decision before a certificate is issued. Do not send confidential recordings by ordinary email unless AXIS has expressly approved that method and the required permissions and safeguards are in place.

AXIS Certified Manager™

Candidates complete the Manager learning pathway and Manager Implementation Assessment, supported by required implementation evidence. Evidence already reviewed by Ian in authorized coaching may be referenced. Further evidence may be required for unreviewed areas. Recorded assessment outcomes are “Demonstrated,” “Demonstrated with Conditions,” and “Further Evidence Required.” The Manager credential requires Ian's recorded “Demonstrated” decision.

Correction and reassessment

If evidence does not satisfy the required standard, AXIS identifies the missing or insufficient elements and may request focused remediation and resubmission. Submission or payment does not ensure certification.

Integrity, confidentiality and permissions

Candidates and assessors must act honestly, avoid conflicts of interest, respect third-party confidentiality and follow all applicable recording and privacy requirements. Evidence must not be fabricated or materially altered. AXIS may reject evidence collected without proper permission or with unresolved integrity concerns. Assessment material is not to be published or shared outside the authorized review process.

Credential use and corrections

Only individuals receiving a recorded approval may describe themselves as AXIS Certified Representative™ or AXIS Certified Manager™, as applicable. Credential representations must remain accurate, must not imply government approval, and must not claim guaranteed outcomes. AXIS may investigate materially false evidence or misuse and may correct or withdraw a credential through an appropriate documented process.
