AXIS provides sales training, frameworks, assessment and implementation resources. Information on the website is educational and does not promise any particular sale, revenue, hiring, business or certification result. You remain responsible for commercial decisions and compliance with the laws governing your own business and sales activity.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms. Account information must be accurate. Access credentials are personal to their authorized user; do not share, sell or transfer them. Notify us at info@axis10steps.com of suspected unauthorized access.

Intellectual property

AXIS materials, course content, scorecards, workbooks, graphics, methodologies and trademarks are owned by their respective rights holders and made available under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the purchased authorized use. No ownership is transferred. Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, publish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload to external AI systems for model training, or create a competing commercial training programme from protected AXIS content. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

Appropriate use and confidentiality

Do not disrupt the site, bypass access controls, impersonate anyone, publish abusive content, or disclose private information belonging to others. Any private learner or assessment area is not a substitute for a secure repository unless designated as such. Provide only material you are permitted to submit; confidential sales recordings must follow AXIS's approved private evidence procedure.

Third-party services and links

Our services may use third-party payment, booking, hosting and communication systems. Those services may apply their own terms and privacy notices. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control external content.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to maintain accurate content and reasonable service continuity, but may correct errors, update lessons and perform maintenance. Material changes affecting purchased entitlements will be handled consistently with the applicable purchase agreement and mandatory law.

Suspension and enforcement

We may restrict access for material misuse, security threats or material contractual breach, using a proportionate process and any notice required by law. Suspension does not eliminate applicable statutory rights or automatically determine refund eligibility.

Legal limitations

To the maximum extent legally permitted, AXIS materials are provided without a guarantee of commercial outcomes. Nothing here excludes rights, warranties, remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protection rights.
