Available offers and included licences

Individual — US$1,497, one-time purchase: one named Representative course user.

Team — US$3,497, one-time purchase: one named Manager course user plus two named Representative course users. This is a three-seat entitlement, not unlimited team access.

Organization — scope, users, implementation services and fees as specified in an accepted written proposal or agreement.

Purchase and taxes

Prices above are stated in United States dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, and the final total will be displayed at checkout before you authorize payment. Your payment provider may impose exchange-rate or card charges under your agreement with that provider. No recurring subscription is included in the above one-time offers unless a separate agreement clearly identifies one and you expressly accept it.

Activation and team onboarding

After successful payment, Individual Representative access and Team Manager access are initiated. For a Team purchase, the purchaser must book the required onboarding call with Ian to confirm the two Representative learners' email addresses and arrange their separate enrolment. Each named learner receives individual credentials. Confirmed enrolment may require reasonable administrative processing; checkout must accurately state any material timing commitment.

Duration and seat changes

AXIS's approved offer provides ongoing access once granted, with no scheduled expiry, subject to these terms, lawful platform operations and any specifically agreed limitation. Ongoing access does not mean ownership of the programme or a guarantee that a particular vendor or platform will operate forever.

Educational scope and certification

Training, tools and access are not a guarantee of increased revenue, commercial results or an AXIS credential. Course completion does not itself confer certification. Certification requires the evidence, independent assessment where applicable, and final recorded approval described in the Certification Standards. Any separate coaching, onsite implementation or assessment services must be identified in the applicable order or written agreement.

Authorized use

A purchase gives only the user licences described above, governed by the Terms of Use. Materials may not be redistributed, resold or shared with unauthorized learners.

Refunds and changes

Individual and Team purchases include a voluntary seven-calendar-day full-refund guarantee beginning on the original purchase date, including where standard lessons or downloads have been accessed. Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the published Refund and Cancellation Policy and all non-waivable statutory rights. Where an order is duplicated or payment is made in error, contact info@axis10steps.com promptly with the order reference. Do not send complete card details by email.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these Purchase Terms restricts a consumer's non-waivable rights under applicable U.S. federal or state laws, Canadian federal or provincial laws, or other law that cannot be contracted out of.
